This collection was born from a combination of my interest in amulets, research on creativity, my experience as an artist, and my training as a Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach. I share these designs with the hope that they will serve as positive reminders and affirmations for you or those you care about.

Grounding Necklace

These pieces are a reminder of the ways our thinking influences our experience. The mind creates maps of the outer world and we understand them as truth. These maps include labels and explanations of the way things work. Those explanations become the foundations for the way we see the world. This isn’t good or bad, but sometimes our thinking—our perception— causes us to miss opportunities that are available to us.

When we recognize our labels and explanations as patterns of our own perceptions, we open ourselves to what is. We awaken to new possibilities for what can be. We feel our connection to intuition and can tap into creative energy.
